It’s another beautiful fall day out there and our summer flowers are still looking great out front. I can’t stand to pull them out! Reality check is that 6 weeks from today is the first week of December….YIKES! So, here is another reminder of the dates.

Dates are listed below for the LAST day to make wine to be bottled for Christmas:

Saturday November 21 – 4 week wines (Island Mist, Vintners Reserve and World Vineyard).

Saturday November 14 – 5 week wines (World Vineyard Skins)

Saturday November 7 – 6 week wines (Selection and Selection Skins, except Italian Amarone)

Saturday October 31 – Selection Italian Amarone with Skins

Saturday October 24 – 8 week wines (Eclipse)

Cherry , cranberry and a hint of spice with smooth tannins

January White: Pinot Grigio/Verduzzo

Veneto, Italy (Dry White)

Citrus, pear, ripe tropical fruit and a crisp finish

Blackberry, raspberry, smoke and spice with smooth tannins.
