It’s another beautiful fall day out there with lovely sunshine and warm temperatures. Reality check is that 6 weeks from tomorrow is the first day of December….YIKES! So, here is  a list of the important dates coming up.  If you need wine for Christmas gift giving or entertaining, we would really encourage you to get it made as soon as you could,

Dates are listed below for the  LAST day to make wine to be bottled for Christmas:

  •  Eclipse wines – Saturday, October 22
  •  Selection Italian Amarone – Saturday, October 29
  •   Selection  wines – Saturday November, 5
  •  World Vineyard Skins wines – Saturday, November 12
  • World Vineyard, Vintners Reserve and Island Mist wines – Saturday, November 19

World Vineyard Sale

Choose from 17 wines from around the world in our World Vineyard category.  Great varietals from Germany, Italy, France, Chile, California and Australia.  Ready to bottle in four weeks, so they are a great option for Christmas drinking and gifting.  Some of the most popular wines are CaliforniaTrinity Red and White, French Sauvignon Blanc or Italian Nebbiolo. Click HERE to see all of the wines available

Save $15 when you make in our winery.

 Ripe raspberry and red currant with black pepper and solid        tannins

  White peach, green apple, fresh lime and quenching acidity

February Red: Milagro

 Valencia, Spain

 Black & red fruit, cherry cola, anise, white pepper and bold mouth  feel

Sweetness: Dry

March White: Blanc De Noir

  San Joaquin Valley, California

  White wine made from red Pinot Noir grapes.  Crabapple,    strawberry, white peach and grapefruit

 April Red: Grenache Cabernet
(with grape skins)

 Black currant, cigar box, black cherry and raspberry with warm  vanilla and spice finish
