Cabernet Sauvignon Zinfandel Syrah combine to create a bold wine with an abundance of dark fruit flavours and rich tannin.

Juice for this limited release was pre-oaked in-house, steeping for several months with whisky oak chips. During this steep, the juice absorbs flavours and tannin from the whisky oak, adding roundness to the body, elevating tannin, and infusing it with nuanced sweet spice, brown sugar and vanilla character. These whisky-influenced sweet notes round out a bold wine rich with flavours of blackcurrant, jammy wildberry and plum, underlaid with mocha, spice, and smoky toasted notes.

Sauvignon Blanc loves a cool climate and this region’s steep hills and valleys and cool but sunny climate produce grapes with full flavour, strong varietal character, and a refreshing and defined acidity.

Vibrant and aromatic with generous flavours of passionfruit, tropical fruit and citrus, with notes of melon and herb. Juicy and crisp with refreshing acidity.
