We have welcomed a new wino to our team….Claire is manning the phone and the sales desk on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Claire and her husband are big fans of drinking wine, but are new to the world of wine making. Her first batches are already cooking, so we have another member to our club!! Karen has moved on to another opportunity, but we will look forward to seeing her as a customer and wish her well.

Did You Know That We Make Cider?
Hard ciders are becoming more and more popular and now is the perfect time to make them to be ready for those hot, summer days. They are gluten free and a refreshing alternative to beer. Hard cider is the fermented juice of orchard fruit, most commonly apple. We can make them for $99 for 23 litres…the number of bottles you get depends on the size and style of bottle that you use. We also sell the kits to make at home for $49.99
We stock Mangrove Jack Ciders from New Zealand which are a more English style of cider, so they are less sweet than North American ciders.
